More Than a Retreat
Imagine a week where the rhythms of nature become your guide.
Where mornings begin with birdsong and ocean air, days unfold through practice, community, and connection, and evenings close beneath golden sunsets and starlit skies.
The Heart of Yin is an invitation to step away from the demands of everyday life and enter a more intentional rhythm of living. Rooted in the wisdom of Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra, we gather in the spirit of sangha to explore the transformative power of stillness, presence, and deep rest.
Through daily practice, nourishing meals, meaningful conversation, mantra, chanting, contemplative teachings, and moments of reflection, we create space to reconnect with ourselves, one another, and the natural world.
Held by the energy of the jungle and the sea, this retreat invites us to soften, listen deeply, and remember a more natural way of being.
A week to reconnect.
A week to remember.
A return to what matters most.

About the Retreat
The Heart of Yin is a seven-night retreat experience designed to support deep rest, meaningful connection, and personal renewal.
Set amidst the natural beauty of Costa Rica's Pacific coastline, our days will include Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra, meditation, mindful movement, breathwork, mantra, contemplative teachings, sound baths, and opportunities for reflection and community connection.
Balanced with ample free time to enjoy the beach, explore Nosara, rest by the pool, or simply unwind beneath the palms, this retreat offers a spacious and supportive environment for both practice and restoration.
Whether you are seeking rest, inspiration, clarity, community, or a deeper connection to yourself and your practice, you are warmly welcome.

Rooted in the wisdom of Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra, this retreat invites us beyond the postures and into the heart of the practice. Through embodied experience, contemplative inquiry, and the teachings of nature, we explore Yin not only as a style of yoga, but as a way of relating to ourselves, our lives, and the world around us.
With spacious afternoons for rest, reflection, exploration, and connection, there is room for both stillness and discovery. Whether walking the shoreline, visiting nearby waterfalls, journaling beneath the palms, or sharing meaningful conversation with new friends, you are invited to slow down, soften, and allow the experience to unfold naturally.

For eight days days, Casa Verano Eterno becomes our home.
